HMRC 2010 Reporting Funds for Aria SICAV-SIFJune 2011

As required under the HMRC reporting funds regime, the document is available for all investors in the Luxembourg regulated Aria Absolute Income Protected Fund and Aria Enhanced Income Protected Fund.

Pre-Launch of 4.25% SGD Share ClassJune 2011

Applications are being taken for the launch of the new SGD share classes (income and accumulation versions) for the Absolute Income Protected Fund. The Fund is registered with the MAS and will be available for investment shortly. The guaranteed minimum yield for the new share classes will be set at 4.25% and payable until 2015.
