David Barclay-Miller
David has over 25 years' experience spanning the entire spectrum of financial services including owning his own offshore life insurance company, having been the head of institutional derivative sales in a major London City brokerage (James Capel) and a senior partner marketing equity derivatives in Hong Kong. He has run an actuarial consultancy, and introduced and developed viatical & life settlement products into the UK. David has a unique reputation for innovative product solutions for both open-ended and closed-ended retail structured investments.
Dr. Scott Levy
Scott has 20 years' experience in offshore and retail financial services, product development, sales and marketing, operations and IT. Formerly CEO of an industry leading software company, he is an established commentator and activist on behalf of the UK life industry as a member of the Investment Life Assurance Group Investment Products committee and ALFI committees on Risk and EMIR (OTC derivative regulation).
